All Sales are Final.
Workshop & Private Event
Your reservation is held just for you. If you need to reschedule, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can open up your spot for someone else. Store credits will be issued for cancellations. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments (you must reach out to us prior to your appointment to receive a store credit). We ONLY fully refund the payment if The event is cancelled.
Physical Merchandise
All Sales are Final. We suggest inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We ask that any damages with pictures are reported to us via simplemorea@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. If you receive the wrong item, we will send a replacement at no additional charge.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
